Order to delivery process:
Select your product at our 100% secure website, update the quantity and go to cart to complete your order. In case you want to get custom printing on your bags, either attach your logo/design file at checkout page or email us at print@ecobags.in
Post completing all required information complete your payment and wait for the confirmation email from us.
As soon as you complete your payment successfully, our team will call/email you confirming the specification of your order. In case of custom print/design, we will email your 2 draft over your email. Once you approve your order will be sent for printing.
Note: Post this no update/change will be accepted or will occur a nominal charge.
Post successful printing, your order moves to manufacturing team. Here we take extra care to manufacture your bags as per order specification and post this your order moves to delivery stage.
As soon as your products are ready to dispatch we inform you and dispatch either by your preferred forwarding service partner or ours. This process generally takes 5-6 days to get product delivered to your place. In case of Delhi & NCR delivery time could be same day.
