    Delivery charges for orders from the Eco Bags India Online Shop?

    Delivery Charges vary order to order. Delivery charges starts from 300 to 1500 depending on ordering product and quantity.

    How long will delivery take?

    All orders get dispatched in 5-10 working days. For all major cities it takes 5-10 working days after dispatch depending on connectivity and courier service availability in the area.

    Courier Agency may request you to pickup from warehouse nearest possible location to your address in case service is not available in your area.

    What exactly happens after ordering?

    Once you place the order, your order directly goes to our fulfilment team.

    We check available stock and its condition

    If ready we dispatch immediate or we produce in case your product is not available.

    Where can I view my sales receipt?

    Go to you account, you will have all your order details.

    Can I Cancel my Order?

    Yes, you can!

    All our orders are made to order (customized), In case you want to cancel your order without being received, you will be charged cancellation fees of 20% of Total Order Value or ₹700 whichever is higher and shipping charges on actual in case your order has been dispatched.

    How long do I have to return an order?

    You can return an order within 24 hours of receipt of the order.


    How is the recipient reimbursed?

    For all return/order cancellation you will be reimbursed through original payment method.

    How can I return an item?

    We accept all kind of return due to manufacturing defects only. If the product you received is faulty please share images at, our team will inspect and provide you guidelines for further process to complete you return if eligible.

    Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

    Our digital team has taken all possible measures to ensure that product shown on website is similar to what we deliver however to there might be some color variations in some cases and that does not qualify for return or manufacturing defect.
